Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EQShed. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. EQShed is not directed at children under 13.

You are responsible for the device, browser, and network you use. We may change features and these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date changes means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

2. Your content and our property

You keep all rights in the files you open, record, or export. We do not claim ownership of your recordings. Processing happens on your device to provide the functions you use.

EQShed, the site, and our software remain our intellectual property. You may not misuse our branding or interfere with the service. You must have the rights to process the media you use.

3. Acceptable use

Use EQShed only for lawful purposes. Do not use it for illegal content, to harm others, to attack or overload the service, or to pass off someone else’s work as yours.

4. Free service and future changes

EQShed is free today and does not require an account. We do not currently show third-party ads. We may add paid features, accounts, cloud storage, or advertising later; if we do, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before those features go live.

5. Warranties and liability

EQShed is provided “as is” and “as available.” Results depend on your file and device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect exports. Keep your original files.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost media, failed exports, browser issues, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to USD 50, except where liability cannot be limited. Brazilian and EEA/UK consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.

6. Termination and jurisdiction

You may stop using EQShed at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their domicile where mandatory law allows. Questions: contato@mbastos.io.
